You will work with an experienced CFO and serial entrepreneur to build out the finance department of an international company. Your job will entail owning day-to-day accounting functions from AP/AR to payroll, treasury management to financial planning, financial controls to development/improvement of policies. We expect you to bring a strong understanding of best practices for running finance in the Lithuanian UAB, and you can expect to learn from the CFO functions necessary to run US corporate finance. This role is for the person looking to become a very rare professional in Lithuania, fluent in both accounting systems and capable of running consolidated financials. This role will grow to one of Corporate Controller with the necessary team to support you.
