GumBallPay is a leading payment solution provider, with a strong team of international professionals, operating on six continents across the globe. We are looking to expand our European operations and grow our team based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

At GumBallPay, the sales team is the engine that drives the global consumer reach of our payment solutions. We are seeking a qualified sales manager who can contribute to our operations with their unique and independent sales skills in a professional manner. The ideal sales manager has a deep understanding of the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can work and succeed in a fast-paced, international setting.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English;
  • Ability to travel internationally as required;
  • Motivation and resilience to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment;
  • Strong ambition and drive to succeed.


Additional preferred qualities:
  • Additional languages;
  • Proven success rates in sales;
  • Experience in the payment industry;
  • Sales-related educational qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings;
  • Research consumer needs and identify how they align with our solutions;
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach;
  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, and ensuring all quotas are met;
  • Generate leads, contact and communicate with potential clients;
  • Establish and nurture lasting client relationships;
  • Effectively conduct C-level meetings with prospective clients;
  • Understand and stay up to date with industry-specific landscapes and trends;
  • Ensure operational excellence through an effective relationship with internal operations, product, support, and marketing teams.

Salary

1300-1800 €/mon. net
+ BONUSES: Monthly & Quarterly
Salary after the probation period will be brought up for an increase upon review.
