Job description
Purpose of the position is to contribute to BENU online store business development through category management - negotiations with suppliers, assortment handling and expansion, implementing marketing plan for dedicated category.
Main tasks:
Main tasks:
- Be responsible for the development of profit, turnover and market share of BENU e-commerce dedicated category.
- Negotiate with suppliers on new assortment possibilities, marketing activities in e-commerce channel, development of a competitive assortment, setting assortment priorities in e-commerce.
- Cooperate with category managers related with suppliers’ marketing activities in e-commerce channel, ensuring competitive offers for e-commerce campaigns.
- Ensure the implementation of marketing plans in the assigned categories and category groups in coordination with category managers & marketing department, develop e-commerce campaigns in accordance with the seasonal and market trends, ensuring competitiveness and attractive offers.
- Monitor product pricing in e-commerce, balancing the company's goals, customer satisfaction and legal requirements, initiate and lead possible improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of e-commerce commercial and marketing activities, perform needed e-commerce channel commercial analysis.
- Monitor and follow the development of e-commerce in the market and the latest trends,
- Recognizing new opportunities and development of commercial activities to improve
Requirements
- Education in business management or marketing;
- Experienced in category management or e-commerce business development (2+ years);
- Driven by innovation;
- Customer centered mindset;
- Strong analytical, data-driven problem solving and decision-making skills;
- Proficient in MS office;
- Google analytics knowledge is an advantage;
- Good communication skills and proactivity;
