Main responsibilities
- Manage the internal communication of the business in coordination with the Company’s head office in Denmark.
- Ensure effective and efficient operation of the Branch according to Internal regulations, manuals of the Company, and current laws and industry regulations.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Prepare and provide weekly employee rotation planning for each client.
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
- Collaborate with the other departments to ensure an optimised and efficient workflow throughout the whole company.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure HR policies are applied consistently.
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in HR and management, especially in recruitment.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong leadership qualities, result driven, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, innovative, and responsible work ethic.
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
- Deep knowledge of labour laws (local and international – depends on project location) and local job market.
- Must have a driving licence.
- Ability of traveling.
