Job description
BS/2 is a leading technologies for banking and retail company dedicated to create specialized software and technological solutions for banks, financial institutions, retail and service outlets. We pride ourselves on innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.
As a business analyst at BS/2, you will be responsible for needs analysis, business and technical documentation, and system designs.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis of business needs, systematization of requirements (request specification) and coordination with customers, finding solutions;
- Preparation of technical and design-type project documentation;
- System design, preparation of technical specifications (technichal specification together with user cases and test cases);
- Collaboration with developers, submitting technical tasks, participation in Sprint planning in accordance with Agile Scrum methodology, controlling the execution of tasks;
- Managing project progress, scope and changes. Control;
- Coordination and control of project resources and budget;
- Responsibility for project results and quality.
- Carry out other tasks assigned to the post by the orders of the Company's Director and decisions of other governing bodies of the Company, as well as other local legal acts.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Higher, post-secondary or specialised education in economics, business management, marketing, IT or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience as an analyst. International experience as a business analyst;
- Know and be able to apply methodologies for collecting, organising, analysing and drawing conclusions from data;
- Have Excellent computer skills. Knowledge of modern computer technology and ability to use software tools to carry out the work of an analyst e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.;
- Have Presentation design and layout skills;
- Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions;
- Good Russian/English language is a must.
