Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs, identify and systematize requirements, find solutions, and coordinate with customers.
- Prepare technical and design-type project documentation.
- System design, involving the creation of technical specifications (including user cases and test cases).
- Collaborate with developers by submitting technical tasks, participating in sprint planning following -Agile Scrum methodology, and ensuring task completion.
- Manage project progress, scope, and changes, take responsibility for project results and quality.
- Design and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. IT field - as a big plus.
- At least 3 years experience in Analyst or similar role.
- Ability to apply methodologies for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and drawing conclusions from data.
- Knowledge of modern computer technologies and familiarity with software tools like Jira or Confluence, etc.
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in Russian and English.
