Apply if you would be happy to:
- develop and implement strategic plans to grow the international outbound services portfolio as well as sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- oversee the financial performance of the service portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery
- ensure a customer-centric approach, participate in meetings with international clients and partners
- set service related goals and provide regular feedback to different units to drive continuous improvement
We will be happy if you:
- hold bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
- have proven experience as an Export Manager or in a similar role within big or mid-sized e-commerce company (export revenue more than 3 mEUR)
- have strong numerical and analytical skills, with a track record of managing budgets and financial performance
- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- are fluent in English
