What you will be doing
- Set up projects with clients by reviewing Depot Instructions and gathering all necessary information, including products, contacts, technical instructions, and relevant details for Depot staff activities.
- Negotiate, assess, and collaborate with clients to provide optimal services for each project within the CSS portfolio, escalating out-of-scope requests and negotiating alternatives with other departments.
- Support the sales team by assessing and advising on clinical supply solutions services, maintaining communication with Global & Regional Ops Managers for task coordination between CS and Ops.
- Create study-specific instructions for internal CSS clients using standardized templates, organizing and making project-related information accessible to concerned parties.
- Train and instruct Depot Managers, Depot Pharmacists, QA Consultants, and other relevant associates on project-specific details, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely updates on project information.
- Ensure compliance with Depot regulations and WC Confidentiality Agreements, collaborating in the creation of training materials and performing other related duties as assigned.
What your background should look like
- University degree or studies in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Business Administration, International Trading, or Logistics (preferred: Pharma Logistics).
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Proficiency in English (written and oral); knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, handle multiple projects, work under pressure, and maintain close attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision, and to train various levels of end users.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of GxPs and international industry-related guidelines (WHO, ICH, FDA, EU, etc.).
