• Identifies quality trends across Operations using Master Control, Salesforce and other data tools.
  
• Performs Nonconformance investigations, including root cause analysis
  
• Works with Continuous Improvement (CI) and Quality teams to utilize data-oriented process to identify root cause and solve problems
  
• Gathers business process metrics, voice of customer, voice of business, policy/procedure impacts
  
• Participates in working sessions with all subject matter experts to discover and detail the current state business design and capture existing systems and tools
  
• Creates action plans to correct and prevent ICS errors and confirms the suggested actions are taken
  
• Fosters an environment of critical thinking and process/continuous improvement

• Bachelor degree, or equivalent combination of experience and education;
  
• Ability to utilize Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement tools.
  
• Experience in working with different business departments/groups
  
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively analyze and interpret business level data.
  
• Demonstrated collaboration skills; change leadership skills
  
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate within cross-functional/organizational teams.
  
• Able to respond/react with appropriate urgency/professionalism and make decisions under pressure.
  
• High level attention to detail.
  
• Process-minded with a strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures
  
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred (or experience in the application of process improvement methodologies)
  
• Continuous process improvement (Kaizen) experience preferred
  
• Operations experience a plus
