Job description:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the institution, including financial management, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote the growth and success of the institution, such as expanding services or entering new markets.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, regulators, and other financial institutions.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the institution's systems and data.
- Ensuring that the institution's employees are properly trained and equipped to carry out their roles and responsibilities.
- Reporting to the institution's board of directors or other governing body on the performance of the institution and its compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Keeping up to date with developments in the electronic money industry and making recommendations for changes to the institution's strategy or operations as necessary.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, in a management or leadership role.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to financial services in Lithuania.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages.
- Impeccable reputation, clean criminal record.
