Customer Interactions Specialist (maternity cover)

 We are looking for a customer –oriented sales agent that would create an exceptional, friendly and professional customer experience by proactively engaging with clients via omnichannel: Live Chat, e-mail, phone and social platforms. Customer Interactions specialist needs to provide product/services information, upsell our products and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Main areas of responsibility:
 Effectively manage large amounts of calls, emails, chat and social platforms
 Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
 Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
 Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
 Meet personal/team sales targets and emails, chat, social media handling requests
 Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
 Upsell on DFDS products via all channels
 Take the extra mile to engage customers
