As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to business clients, optimizing order management, and fostering seamless collaboration across various departments to drive operational excellence.
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to business clients, optimizing order management, and fostering seamless collaboration across various departments to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for business clients, addressing their inquiries, needs, and concerns via e-mail, phone, chat or in-person.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific operational requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with our IT, sales and logistics teams to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle incoming clients orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and inquiries, escalating complex problems when necessary.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English at a minimum of B2 level is required, Scandinavian language – advantage.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Understanding of how customer service and operational processes work.
- Patience and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Result orientation.
