Main functions:
- Process customer orders by phone or email.
- Provide customer support and resolve them issues and requests.
- Help customers to place and increase their orders.
- Coordinate the delivery process.
If you:
- Are customer oriented.
- Have a positive attitude and can work independently.
- Have at least 1 year of customer service experience in the office.
- Are able to learn new systems quickly.
- Are fluent in English and Lithuanian (oral and written).
