Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Customer Service Specialist, to join our growing Technical Support team in Kaunas, Lithuania to help us grow our global presence in IoT sector by quickly and effectively responding to changing market needs and offers reliable, safe and easy-to-use solutions for such areas as Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Prioritize customer satisfaction for our business clients.: from a small local EV charging stations integrator, to a global corporation, providing green energy solutions across the world. Communication with customers is conducted via online meetings, calls or ticketing system. A typical working day at the end of first year will consist of the following:

  • To facilitate prompt and effective communication with customers, primarily through online channels
  • Ensure swift and responsive interactions
  • Advising said customers and sales representatives how to use our products within their solutions.
  • Solving their basic challenges related to Teltonika Networks products
  • Assisting in basic troubleshooting
  • You will assure effective communication and inquiry escalation between customer and networking and IoT engineers when it comes to complex challenges

  • Have experience in customer service
  • Showcase a passion for technology and innovation, staying informed about industry trends and advancements
  • Possess a strong aptitude for problem-solving, leveraging analytical thinking and creativity to address challenges and optimize solutions

OUR OFFER

Salary:


We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges 9 Eur/h up to 13 Eur/h (~1494Eur - 2158Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

  • In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
