Job description
We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist as the first point of contact for customers. Your main responsibility will be to provide customer support and solve and/or escalate issues and incidents on daily basis as well as perform daily monitoring activities.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, and via email.
- Liaise with technology departments both in house and third party, on technical issues relating to customers and products.
- Monitor website availability and functionality, alerting the necessary parties when performance or accessibility is affected in any way.
- Assist in processing deposits and withdrawals for our customers.
About You:
- Excellent written communication skills in ENG/RU/LT- must!
- Work experience in gambling/betting or gaming will be a plus;
- Excellent general knowledge of sporting events;
- Good knowledge of sports betting/online casino industry;
- Good organization and multi-tasking skills combined with an exceptional work ethic;
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively;
- Must be willing and able to work shifts to support a 24x7x365 environment.
