Nature of work
- Organization, coordination, planning and execution of construction works in the designated facilities on time;
- Organization of the supply of materials and equipment, and ensuring their effective use;
- Communication with customers and subcontractors;
- Knowledge of and compliance with work safety requirements;
- Schedules and quality control of construction works;
- Completing and submitting construction documentation;
- If necessary, communication with state institutions;
- Checking project solutions;
Employee requirements
We hope:
- Successful practical experience of construction work management and knowledge of processes (at least 2 years);
- Ability to read and analyze projects and technical documentation;
- Ability to effectively communicate and lead a team of different people;
- Excellent work planning, organization and coordination skills;
- Responsibility, honesty and independence to solve problems;
- Education in the field of construction engineering and construction manager qualification certificate would be an advantage;
- Russian language (advantage);
- category B driver's license;
