DPE was established as a general contractor in 2016. Since then, we have developed a proven and efficient model for home construction, leveraging modern IT tools for both sales operations and project management. Over the years, we have successfully completed several hundred projects as a general contractor for single-family homes. The company has expanded its operations to include a design office, which in 2023 alone executed 300 home projects, as well as a residential development branch. Our efforts have been recognized by entities such as Forbes.

At this moment, we aim to export our well-established operational system to other countries, aspiring to create a company that offers its services throughout Europe and possibly beyond.
