The client of Eligo Partners is a distributor of beauty and cosmetics products operating in Europe, representing over 200 A-level brands with exclusive rights. The company invites to join the team an experienced, creative, challenge-seeking E-Commerce Project Manager who will use their knowledge to create a new, trend-setting website for beauty enthusiasts.
Responsibilities:
- Set and plan the main goals for creating and launching an e-shop website;
- Create and develop the technical side of the e-shop website. Ensure that the platform caters to different users and their needs;
- Implement search advertising strategies to boost online presence and attract specific audiences effectively;
- Be autonomous and initiative - pitch your ideas, take ownership to improve working processes;
- Work and collaborate closely with marketing, IT and sales teams to identify opportunities and find creative solutions to improve sales on the platform;
- Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and technological developments.
Requirements:
- Experience in creating, implementing and developing company e-shop (advantage beauty or pharmaceutical field);
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, digital payment and delivery implementation methods;
- Analytical and creative thinking, able to accept challenges and find solutions for a various problems;
- Daily desire to develop and always search for technological solutions to improve the platform;
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for quality work and exceeding expectations;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all team members;
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (both spoken and written).
