- UAB „PERSONALO SPRENDIMAI“
in 2002 RIBAS Jewellery, a diamond and jewelry brand established in Tel Aviv, which creates, manufactures and sells luxury jewelry collections, is currently looking for a team reinforcement - an e-store manager(s)!
NATURE OF WORK:
- E-store administration;
- Monitoring of order statuses and proactive problem solving, order implementation;
- Administration of product photos;
- Loading balances;
- Packaging and shipping of goods;
- Formation of the product range;
- Sales analysis and recommendations;
- Customer service info. in the post office;
- Analyzing the customer journey and providing recommendations;
- E-store development;
- Supporting partnerships with other platforms;
- Management of Google comments (about products).
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have experience in the field of e-commerce;
- You have experience working with Shopify or another platform;
- You have mastered basic digital marketing knowledge;
- You speak English well;
- You have experience working with Google Analytics (a big advantage);
- You want to learn, you are a diligent and responsible person.
