What You Will Do:
Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial performance, managing regular reporting alongside business insights, assisting in compliance activities (audits) and monitoring company ‘s financial health.
Your responsibilities:

- Control financial and accounting operations (accounting is outsourced);
- Actively monitor operational cash flow trends and cash needs;
- Prepare, evaluate and report company‘s financial performance and main business trends (monthly, annually). Analyze results, monitor variances, highlight key focus areas;
- Manage budgeting and forecasting process;
- Actively participate in company‘s ERP implementation;
- Closely collaborate with other departments (sales, production, purchasing, marketing, etc.) to support further company's growth and expansion.
We expect you to have:
- Degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field;
- 3-5 years of similar professional experience (in a financial control or analysis role), preferebly in production sector;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), experience with ERP (system implementation is a strong plus);
- Analytical, structured and quality-oriented way of working;
- Comfortable working independently, is proactive and takes ownership;
- Receptive to change and navigates well in uncertain environment.
