We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance ERP Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our finance related ERP system
Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Ensure that ERP solutions comply with best practice, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development and enhancement of Dynamics 365 Business Central\Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP functionality to meet the specific needs of the finance department.
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform.
- Work on finance and overall company's processes and procedures related to finance function efficiency increase, deciding on technology and tools to use.
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to analyse current processes, gather requirements and propose solutions for improvement or implementation.
- Document new procedures, workflows, and standard operating protocols to support ERP implementation and user training.
- Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality and contribute to continuous system improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, PMP) - would be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in finance or ERP software development.
- Understanding of finance processes, principles, and systems, with hands-on experience working with ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Good & clear communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
