Job description
As a Financial Controlling and Treasury Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing financial controls and treasury operations in accordance with regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making processes. Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage daily cash flow operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, and investment strategies. Monitor banking relationships and optimize banking services to enhance efficiency.
- Identify financial risks and implement controls to mitigate exposure. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to safeguard assets and maintain financial stability.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing financial institutions. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and examinations.
- Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and ad-hoc financial assessments to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within the financial controlling and treasury functions. Implement best practices and streamline workflows to optimize performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or relevant professional certification preferred.
- Proven experience in financial controlling, treasury management, or related roles within a regulated financial institution in Lithuania.
- Thorough understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Fluent in Lithuania and English languages (reading and speaking).
- Proficiency in financial software and treasury management systems. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is advantageous.
