Front Office Administrator

We are looking for sunshine, warmth ambassador. For someone who will be the smile everyone meets first when entering the Kilo Health HQ office in Vilnius, Aludariai street. You will get a chance to work in a super cool office with the most humble 400+ colleagues from Lithuania and abroad.

Get ready to:

Welcome and direct visitors during business hours (8-17)
Assist with inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
Coordinate appointments
Supervise parking
Support office operations by handling invoices, ordering supplies, and managing administrative, team building tasks across multiple locations

Be able to work every working day from the office, from 8:00 till 17:00
Have great administration and customer service skills
Have great attention to details
Have patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Be empathetic and understanding
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be fluent in English and Lithuanian

This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania on site.
