Nature of work
- Management of the metal painting and packaging department;
- Assignment of tasks to employees according to production goals and supervision of their execution;
- Ensuring the quality of manufactured products;
- Providing employees with the necessary work tools;
- Supervision of compliance with occupational safety requirements;
- Identification of problems and their prompt solution;
- Continuous improvement of activities and processes.
Employee requirements:
- Experience of similar work in a manufacturing company (in the field of metal products or other technical products would be a great advantage);
- Ability to work in shifts together with your team (Mon-Fri one week from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the next - from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
- Higher education (engineering/technical - would be an advantage);
- Knowledge of drawings;
- Ability to work and make decisions independently;
- Flexibility, ability to work and communicate with different people;
- Positivity, ability to gather and motivate the team;
- Knowledge of English would be an advantage.

Salary
From 1500 €/mon. net
A bonus is paid every month, depending on the work done and additional initiatives shown.
