Job Description
We are seeking a R2R (record-to-report) Global Process Owner to join our Global Process Owner team. As a Global Process Owner, you will work with the finance processes while connecting closely with stakeholders in Market Areas, Business Areas and Functions globally.

- Own, develop and maintain quality and harmonization of R2R processes globally
- Identify and evaluate opportunities (process, technology, ways of working) for process improvements
- Work closely with the wider Finance organization, businesses and functions to understand customer needs and requirements
- Ensure that end-to-end process view is taken considered with system and process development.
- Drive R2R-process transformation and make critical decisions impacting process quality and effectiveness.
- Further develop R2R Performance Management and how to utilize process data to improve process data, performance, compliance and governance from different stakeholder perspective
- Communicate and co-operate effectively between Metso Global Business Services, Group Finance, Market Areas, Business Areas and other Functions
Basic requirements for the position
- Master´s degree in relevant field such as finance
- Strong SAP FiCo experience
- Project and change management skills
- Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills with proactive mindset and attitude
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Holistic understanding of General Ledger and Reporting processes
- Full working proficiency in English

Metso continues to develop the global supply operations of its Minerals Consumables business by establishing a rubber and poly-met wear parts manufacturing facility in Šiauliai. The new manufacturing location started its operations in the beginning of July, 2020.
Today, Metso is the leading provider of rubber and poly-met mill lining, with a strong service network in all the main mining markets.
