QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience min. 2 years in a graphic design (flexography) or repro role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience of working with the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and ideally Repro of packaging artworks.
- Proficiency in CorelDraw along with all Office applications preferred.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
- Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and verbal) and able to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
- Great attention to detail, capable of carefully reviewing designs and materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Being quality-conscious while delivering under tight deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
- Collaboration skills, including internal customer service skills.
- Self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
This job will entail:
- Check Artworks (colour profile, cutter guides, bleeds...)
- Editing and adjusting artwork when necessary
- Proofing
- Preparation of Technical drawings for production.
- Tools and inks ordering
- First batch checking in production
