About us:
Scandagra Group - the holding Company founded in 2006 by the leading Scandinavian agriculture cooperatives DLG (Denmark), and Lantmännen (Sweden) which holds 5 daughter companies across the Baltics. Today we are a key provider of complex agricultural solutions and operate as a grain purchaser and wholesaler of seeds, fertilizers, and plant protection products. In 2023 we achieved the turnover of 750 mEur with the team of 400 employees.
The Role:
- Coordinate and develop learning area in Group Companies through e-learning platform Coursy, as well as organizing in house trainings.
- Develop content of procedures, partner with external companies if animations needed, etc.
- Administer Group Intranet webpage, prepare content.
- Partner in various Group HR projects (Engagement Survey, Talent acquisition, onboarding processes).
- Coordinate main Company events, communicate with Group companies in Baltics when needed.
- To be willing to grow as part of Baltic HR team.
We expect:
- Higher education degree (not lower than Bachelor).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, events organizing, communication, L&D or another similar field.
- Fluency in Lithuanian, very good English, Russian - advantage.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office programs).
- Proactiveness, flexibility, detail consciousness, high sense of responsibility and self-result orientation.
- Clean B category driving license, good driving skills;
- Experience working in multi-cultural environment - advantage.
