Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Manager to the Šiaulių bankas team, who is ready to work in a team , make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a trust-based culture and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• Communicate with our clients and consult them in the office live, by phone and e-mail. by mail;
• I consult clients on the conditions of existing life insurance contracts, payment of premiums;
• You will prepare and coordinate proposals regarding the terms of insurance contracts;
• You will help them solve various everyday financial issues and find the most appropriate financial solutions;
• You will improve your knowledge of bank products and services and gain valuable customer service experience;
• You will help customers by solving various problems that have arisen.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education;
• Similar work experience in insurance, customer service, sales or banking - an advantage;
• Strong communication and conflict situation management skills;
• Willingness to learn and improve;
• Good working with Microsoft Office programs;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
• Excellent communication skills, logical thinking, personal responsibility and independence in organizing work.
