HARDWARE TEST ENGINEER

– Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures for hardware equipment;
– Analyze and document test results to ensure hardware performance meets specifications;
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve hardware issues;
– Develop and maintain testing systems to enhance testing efficiency;
– Provide feedback on hardware design improvements based on testing outcomes;
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations;
– Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools to continuously improve testing processes.

– Knowledge of hardware and firmware testing methods, processes, tools;
– Basic understanding of programming (C, Python);
– Basic embedded systems knowledge;
– Basic mechanics knowledge;
– Project management experience would be a great asset;
– Technical creativity and curiosity;
– Proactiveness in finding different approaches when there are technical uncertainties.
