What you will do:
- Lead and manage a multicultural team of analysts, report builders, and BI data engineers.
- Create and analyse key business performance metrics and competitive trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Design, support, and assess periodical regulatory reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Drive the development of BI solutions, including data search and capture, automated reports, dashboards, and deep analytics modelling.
- Utilize operational and statistical tools and models to create accurate business forecasts.
- Work closely with business, marketing, finance, and technology partners to identify needs and establish data collection requirements. Translate business requirements into tracking specifications.
- Establish robust processes and tools for data quality management and validation to ensure the integrity of data.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deploy and maintain accurate tracking of BI system availability, timelines, and correctness.
What we expect:
- 3+ years product / web / data analytics experience;
- Head / Lead Experience;
- strong communication skills and ability to structure requirements and data for clear communication with multi-faceted teams including business, engineering, analytics, and marketing;
- proficiency in querying and manipulating complex raw datasets for analysis using SQL;
- knowledge of cloud BI and marketing analytics tools such as QuickSight, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.
