What You’ll Do:
- Develop and drive an e-commerce strategy that embraces all our e-platforms (kika.lt, kika.ee, kikaworldshop.com, etc.) to improve client acquisition and expand our B2C and B2B e-commerce business.
- Dig into data and consumer research to understand our customers and their needs, turning these insights into efficient tactics to reach the target audience and ensure profitable growth.
- Work closely with our marketing, private brands and IT teams to develop engaging content and compelling marketing campaigns
- Ensure that the customer experience on our e-commerce websites is seamless and enjoyable.
- Coach the direct team and ensure their professional growth in the e-commerce area
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a similar field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading e-commerce/digital marketing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that drive growth.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a curious mind and a passion to win.
