About the position
As a Head of Financial Crime Fraud prevention unit in Security department, you will take a lead in process improvements and quality assurance, lead group of people responsible for fraud transaction monitoring, case management, fraud related customer outreach and anti-fraud related project management. You would be a part of management team in Monitoring and Security division and contribute significantly to implementing strategic fraud management agenda to ensure that SEB manages and mitigates the fraud risks cross country and business units and continuously meet the regulatory requirements and emerging fraud threats. If you’re highly competent, qualified, and motivated to join the team with some of the most driven and knowledgeable specialists within the bank – this role is for you.
You will be responsible for:
Leading and inspiring team of 12 employees
Ensuring quality services and continuous fraud detection, prevention, remediation, and compliance process improvements
Team activity planning and coordinating
Engage with the individuals in the team in personal and team meetings to communicate important decisions, units priorities, agree on individual goals and evaluate performance against those goals, guide and enable individual development priorities
Hire new team members according to units needs
Organize social team and units events
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
3+ years of team management and leadership experience
University degree in economics, finance, law, or similar
A strategic and operative thinker with the ability to articulate the mission, values and goals
Good stakeholder management skills
Diplomatic, communication, presentation skills
A strong insight for fraud industry best practices
Understanding of overall fraud risks in banking business, especially payment fraud
Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both verbal and written communication

Monthly salary range for this position: 3000-4600 EUR (before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
