Leasing function is an integral part of Newsec property asset management service which contributes significantly to overall service performance and client needs. The Head of Leasing is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the leasing function. This includes developing and executing the leasing plan to identify, attract, and retain tenants, negotiating lease terms to achieve the best possible outcomes, and ensuring the proper tenant mix in line with the business plan.

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the leasing department to optimize resources.
- Lease premises according to guidelines, ensuring an optimal tenant mix.
- Attract and retain tenants through effective leasing activities and negotiations.
- Manage tenant renewals in line with company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing performance.
- Propose and evaluate mall and offices concepts and renewal projects.
- Resolve tenant issues and maintain high service levels.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with prospective tenants.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with other department heads for efficient mall and offices operations.
- Lead and motivate the leasing team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Diploma required (Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising strongly preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as a team manager in leasing, property management, sales, or real estate highly desired.
- Willingness to develop oneself and be receptive and proactive to trends and developments in the property market.
- Excellent planning and organization of work and time.
- Curiosity and enjoyment of a dynamic atmosphere.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues.

Salary:
- Monthly salary: 4500 – 5200 EUR (pre-tax). The final salary proposal depends on candidate knowledge and experience.
- Motivating Bonus system – annual bonuses are based on results.
