HR Business Partner

As a global fintech company, International Business Settlement (IBS) devotes itself to developing efficient transactional banking services for innovative companies. Currently, IBS is expanding its business in Europe. We are looking for HR Business Partner to join our team in Vilnius!

We are seeking an experienced HRBP to play a key role in our team in IBS, with added responsibilities extending to support for our group companies (Paymont). The main responsibility of this role will be to support human resources and personnel management, ensuring that our teams operate efficiently and reliably.

Recruitment process – creating and publishing job advertisements, resumé screening, first round interviews, set up efficient recruitment process and ensure it runs smoothly.

HR policies and processes - develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization, HR methodology development.

Employment documentation review - ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

On-boarding process - support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting first-day orientation sessions.

Compensation and benefits agenda.

Point of contact for our employees - consult on various HR-related matters as well as HR policies and procedures.

Provide support during later-stage interviews, conduct thorough reference checks, and actively participate in the interview process.

Successful work experience and strong knowledge in HR.

Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Understanding of the business goals, objectives, and industry dynamics, and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Capacity to analyze complex HR issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian (both verbal and written).

The monthly salary range for this position starts at EUR 2000 (Gross). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
