About us
BetGames is an international developer and distributor of interactive (LIVE) and innovative gaming products for the betting business (B2B) with more than 300 people. Our games combine traditional betting with popular lotteries and table games and are simple enough for players to easily catch on to the idea. More recently, we started reinventing live entertainment (again) by launching a brand new live sports vertical. BetGames became a pioneer in 2012 and has been increasing in popularity ever since thus becoming a market leader. Our services are used by online and land-based betting operators worldwide in more than 45 countries.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and guide employees throughout their life cycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
- Prepare & archive personnel documentation
- Work closely with the Legal team ensuring that local HR policies & procedures are compliant and adhere to local Lithuanian legislation
- Take care of migration information & tracking (administrative tasks, documentation, monitoring employees' and authors' residence permits and their renewal)
- Administrate internal HRIS system and employees’ benefits
- Provide professional advice and support to employees and managers
- Prepare for and participate in internal & external audits
- Assist in the roll out of company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g. performance management, talent development, etc.)
- Contribute to the recruitment process (update career page, initiate background checks and other support according to the need)
We expect you have
- Proven experience in HR Generalist, People Operations Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in employment-related document workflows
- Knowledge and understanding of local Labor law
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools
- Ability to handle sensitive personal data and information carefully and confidentially
- Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to details
- Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
