We need you to have:
- 1+ years of experience as an HR specialist or relevant position (experience in the technical or aviation field would be considered a strong advantage);
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in HR records and documentation
- Ability to identify and analyze problems or improvement areas, foresee potential pitfalls, and implement mitigation plans;
- Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities;
- Excellence in written and verbal both Lithuanian and English;
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to follow deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage full employee lifecycle documentation from employment contract over amendments to exits;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents within internal systems;
- Administering new hire set-up, including office space, IT equipment, and completion of HR forms/documentation;
- Be a point of contact for our employees and consult on various HR-related matters as well as HR policies and procedures;
- Assist managers with booking flight tickets, hotels, transportation, etc. if needed;
- Perform additional administrative and organizational tasks as required.

Salary range is 1200-1700 netto. Final salary offer will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary discussions will occur during the interview phase.
