What you will be doing

Under general direction and reporting to the VP – HR Operations & HR Service Delivery, coordinates all Human Resources related activities in CBS Lithuania (Cencora Business Services).
  • Assist Country HR Manager and VP - HR Operations & HR Service Delivery with all HR related programs and processes.
  • Complete all required documentation for various HR related information, such as new hire paperwork, change of status forms, compensation request and HRIS updates, as required.
  • Manage and maintain HR information stored on Workday system for team members based in CBS Lithuania.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure that all activities related to HR function comply with legal requirements and relevant labour law.
  • Manage HR cases (inquiries) received in ServiceNow system relating to CBS Lithuania.
  • Conduct and coordinate new-hire orientation and offboarding process.
  • Complete informational reports as required by the Country HR Manager.
  • Document employee relation issues for local team members such as disciplinary issues and terminations.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll team regarding HR related information submission to the Payroll provider (new hires, leavers, changes, monthly report).
  • Provide local administration for various company-wide programs such as service awards, performance management and compensation processes.
  • Prepare personnel related records and payroll processes for Finance Manager.
  • Act as communication conduit to country and functional areas relative to changes and updates on HR related programs, policies and benefit programs.
  • Support employees on the HR related questions, Time tracking questions, conduct the training sessions if required.
  • Maintain and promote positive and professional working relationships with employees and management.
  • Assist and support HR management in preparing for training sessions and meetings.
  • Participate in HR conference calls, local and regional meetings as required.

What your background should look like

  • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 1+ years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in human resources.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and regulations;
  • Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail - strong advantage;
  • Ability to resolve employees issues quickly and efficiently;
  • Familiarity with Lithuanian employment laws;
  • Ability to represent a positive and professional image;
  • Computer savvy with strong working knowledge of relevant software, e.g. Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of Service-Now and Workday systems would be an advantage.
