Today, as market opportunities grow, we are inviting a COMPANY MANAGER to the team, to whom we will entrust the challenges of company team management, business development and new opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
DEVELOPMENT: expand the company's basket of services and goods, look for new opportunities in Lithuania and abroad;
FINANCE: grow company results, ensure turnover, plan budgets, measure results;
PERSONNEL: motivate the team, plan the need for new specialists, delegate tasks. Develop a sales team;
CUSTOMERS: ensure excellent customer service, participate in negotiations, build new relationships with businesses, increase the company's reputation not only in the Klaipėda region, but also in Lithuania and abroad.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in engineering, management, finance;
- Successful business development experience;
- Team management experience;
- Work experience in solar power plant installation, construction, electrical installation works, design, energy efficiency assessment, heating/cooling companies would be a great advantage;
- English language (B2) level.
