Our Inside Sales team in Kaunas is looking for a motivated and communicative person to join us as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will build strong relationships with our customers, primarily in Germany, and engage in a variety of sales and customer service activities including sales support, pricing, quoting, financial reporting, business reviews, research and problem-solving.
This position offers a hybrid work model that allows you to work both from our office in Kaunas City Center and your home office.

ABOUT THE JOB:
- Provide support to the customers and the outside sales team in Germany (no cold calling is required)
- Facilitate presales activities, manage, and track sample requests
- Validate price offers for direct and indirect customers in CRM
- Collect and analyze sales data for specific product groups
- Follow-up on approved quotes, lost business, and end customer demand
- Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction to drive sales by understanding customer needs
- Maintain communication between marketing and sales to meet corporate objectives
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a science field
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in electronics or manufacturing
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language, strong basic knowledge of the German language
- Very good Excel and analytical skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to multitask and prioritize
