Summary
Strategic Staffing Solutions International client – a leader in enabling financial transactions - is seeking a CRM Marketing Automation Manager.
This is your chance to become part of the team if you have:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Being technology orientated and capable to work with multiple MarTech tools
- Successful completion of the SFMC certification or course within a 3-month timeframe from the start of employment
- Knowledge of HTML/SQL (intermediate/advanced)
- Good project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and projects
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Being analytical and highly organized, with attention to details
- Customer-centric thinking
- Fluent English is a must
- College / University Degree in the relevant field of study
- Excellent Excel Skills
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of the marketing campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys (email, SMS, web, app) via CRM/Marketing automation platforms (Salesforce/Braze) globally.
- Day-to-day activities will include building customer segments (based on defined criteria), setting up and testing campaigns in the platform, working closely with the data analytics team on campaign measurement and contributing to campaign success by promoting best practices with regional stakeholders.
