What you will be doing
- Conducting appraisals of residential properties on Lithuanian market according to market standards (new RE development projects, single apartments).
- Validating external RE valuation reports of residential and commercial property, consulting stakeholders on RE value and liquidity questions.
- Developing and regularly reviewing internal re-valuation models; conducting regular re-valuation of the Bank’s residential and commercial real estate collateral portfolio in Baltic countries.
- Developing internal procedures for the (re)valuation of RE collateral in Baltic countries.
- Performing ad-hoc analyses and trainings to support Bank’s risk management and business teams.
What we expect from you
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate valuation (experience in a financial institution would be an advantage).
- Higher education.
- Valid real estate valuation qualification.
- Knowledge of banking regulations regulating (re)valuation of RE collaterals is an advantage.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
- Good collaboration skills, proactivity, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of one’s responsibilities.
