INTERNSHIP - BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST IN GROUP STRATEGY TEAM

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Conducting market analysis to benchmark group performance and identify new opportunities and derive actionable insights that influence strategic decisions
• Collecting, integrating, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and business insights
• Translating complex data findings into understandable, actionable business language for decision-makers
• Utilizing business intelligence tools and software to optimize the efficiency of data analysis processes
• Assisting in the creation of reports, dashboards, visualizations to effectively communicate analytical findings to stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive strategies.

This internship is for 6 months. This position is 40 hours a week. The internship experience includes relationship building, work assignments, coaching, performance feedback sessions and informative learning sessions with key leaders. It is designed to provide undergraduate students with a blend of business and professional development training opportunities that incorporates real-world experiences and prepares you for a career in energy sector, strategy development and finance management, business analytics areas.

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or related field
• Curiosity about innovations in the energy sector
• Excellent problem-solving skills and verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong prioritization and organization skills
• Excellent working skills with MS Excel and Power Point, experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools would be an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Lithuanian.

Salary range for this position group is 1076 to 1614 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
