YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:
- Lead and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding contract requirements for managing vendor and partners relationships.
- Identifying, managing, and monitoring risks.
- Managing scope through change control.
- Deliver on time, within budget, and agreed scope.
- Motivating the team, being the role model for your colleagues.
- Enjoying challenges in everyday work.
WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the IT field.
- A proven track record of successfully implementing software development or IT infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
- Great verbal and written communication and time management skills.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written) skills (the first interview will be handled in English).
- Sense of ownership.
