As IT Support Engineer you will:
- Play a pivotal role as a IT Support Engineer in a dynamic team;
- Being a single point of contact for any infrastructure topic and administrating user support tickets;
- Monitoring and maintaining local network and servers;
- Supporting service including business availability, solving issues reported by users or ensuring escalation and tracking;
- Follow-up incident solving and monitoring of infrastructure alerts;
- Throughout daily situations identifying key technical and non-technical issues and coming to the root of the problem;
- Autonomously tackle technical issues, assisting the support team in finding solutions;
- Perform regular maintenance and diagnostics of the internal network, servers and workplace;
- Consult employees on IT issues;
- Participate in IT projects: from planning to implementation;
- Carry out the selection, optimization and implementation of solutions
- Perform maintenance, configuration and development of Microsoft Office 365 solutions

We expect you have:
- 3+ years of professional experience in infrastructure, network and service desk management;
- Experience of Windows servers, M365, SharePoint;
- Experience of MS SQL Administration;
- Excellent communication skills; style is clear, structured and person-friendly, as well as problem-solving attitude;
- Positive approach for service delivery and ability to deal with multiple topics in parallel;
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Lithuanian;
- Knowledge in ERP systems would be advantage;
- A conceptual understanding and demonstrate strong analytical skills;
- A problem solving mentality and sense of initiative;
- Team player soul;
