Responsibilities:
- Analyzing procurement of goods and services.
- Administration of supplier contracts, entering supplier data, purchases, and orders.
- Communication with other departments within the company.
- Controlling timings and all processes related to operational support (logistics, documentation, etc.).
- Researching and gathering information on potential suppliers, price reviews, and comparisons.
- Preparing periodic reports.
- Assisting senior managers in executing their tasks.
- Maintaining contact with suppliers to ensure seamless fulfillment of contract obligations.
- Adjusting key performance indicators to enhance competitiveness and sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role in a wholesale/retail company.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables).
- Professional communication skills in English.
- Strong desire to learn and develop in this field.
