Job description
As a Junior Human Resources Specialist at Bankera, you'll be instrumental in bringing together the inquisitive minds that drive our company forward. In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying candidates who best fit our organization's requirements.
You should find it interesting to:
- Source and attract talents using a variety of search methods to fill our open positions.
- Recruit entry level applicants, review resumes, conduct interviews, and perform background checks.
- Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the entire interview process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Help new employees settle in by showing them around the office and guiding them through their initial orientation.
- Attend job fairs, college campuses, meetups, etc.
- Ensure highest standards of the organisation’s image internally and externally (during job interviews, advertisements, career fairs).
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team-building activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business or other related field (can be a recent graduate or a final year student).
- Proven work experience as a Junior Recruitment Specialist or Junior HR Specialist.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Self-confidence and self-starter.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written in Lithuanian and English.
