Your role:
- Assist senior lawyers in provision of corporate legal services to clients with worldwide presence;
- Prepare and review corporate draft documents in accordance to legal requirements in various jurisdictions and within agreed deadlines;
- Perform and monitor statutory filings with local authorities;
- Coordinate with business partners and colleagues worldwide to gather required information and legal documentation;
- Track and report progress of your corporate legal assignments.
About You:
- You have a degree in Law (or last year student)
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
- You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills
