Lawyer (term contract)

Have a university legal education, have at least 2 years of legal work experience, know the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the health system, labor legal relations, the activities of public institutions, personal data security, patient rights, public execution of purchases, be able to express thoughts fluently in writing and orally, accumulate, systematize, summarize information, know the rules of drafting legal acts and other documents, be able to use modern communication tools and technologies, be able to independently plan and organize your activities.

Consult the polyclinic's administration and other employees on public procurement, labor law, other legal issues, prepare and/or participate in the preparation of drafts of documents for the organization of the polyclinic's activities, or evaluate already prepared drafts of documents, provide comments or conclusions, ensure compliance of internal documents with valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania care To participate in the activities of commissions and working groups formed in the polyclinic. To represent the interests of the polyclinic in pre-trial investigation institutions, commissions, courts of all instances, state and government institutions. Prepare drafts of lawsuits, appeals, cassation, separate complaints and other procedural documents. Prepare drafts of letters (answers) to natural and legal persons, perform legal assessment of these documents.
