Main responsibilities:
- Regular and operative communication with Marketplace sellers;
- Analysis of Marketplace sellers assortment;
- Work with the selection of marketing solutions and tools for sellers;
- Direct responsibility for ensuring the implementation of the sales and profit goals of the assigned Marketplace sellers;
- Creation, tracking and execution of sales plans with sellers;
- Baltic market analysis in order to expand and grow sales together with sellers;
- Solving various types of problems with sellers and/or their products and orders.
Team mate profile:
- Higher education;
- Previous experience in sales/commerce/project management areas;
- Experience in Marketplace or e-commerce retail field – would be advantage;
- Strong communication and leadership skills;
- Good & clear communication skills in English and Polish;
- Work well within given deadlines, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
- Desire to learn, grow, investigate and initiate.
