Legal Officer

Your role as a member of the Payswix Legal Team will involve working hand in hand with Legal Team colleagues to ensure all legal aspects of the company are handled in the most efficient way. We value a go-getter, and are looking for a business-minded, driven team member, as you will be providing active support to your colleagues and department managers on legal matters.

· Protecting the company against legal risks and violations;
· Examine the legal issues related to the company new products and services;
· Prepare and maintain Company's legal documents;
· Implement regulatory changes into contracts, policies, procedures;
· Consult and provide result-driven advice work colleagues in any legal related matter;
· Preparation and coordination of contracts concluded by the Company;
· Collection, systematization, analysis of legal information, presentation of conclusions;
· Ensuring the legality of the company's activities;
· Work with the data protection related questions.

· At least 2 years of experience working as an in-house lawyer;
· A higher education degree in Law;
· Curiosity and attention to detail;
· Eagerness to grow professionally;
· Native level in Lithuanian;
· Fluency in English – excellent command of both written and spoken;
· Interest in financial institution’s activities.
